Are you aged 15-21 living with congenital heart disease?

If so, join us for a fun and interactive discussion session where you can make new friends and discuss your experiences of the NHS and what you think of your service.

The NHS is currently reviewing the way care is provided for adults with congenital heart disease (ACHD) in England. We want to know about your experiences of the NHS and how you think things could be better.

The discussion session will be followed by a canal boat ride through Birmingham with music and lunch provided.

Two minibuses travelling from both London and Manchester will be available to transport participants to and from the event (depending on interest). If you are unable to get to the minibus then reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.
