CHF East Midlands Teddy Bear Takeover

East Midlands Desiger Outlet Logo Children's Heart Week 2010Members of the Children's Heart Federation team were  present at the East Midlands Designer Outlet from 13th-15th of May.  CHF collected in many of the over 60 stores found at the centre and held a number of fun events whilst there. 

We were extemely glad to meet all of our East Midlands based supporters and hope that this event went along way in raising the profile of the UK's leading children's heart charity in the region.

CHF were active at the centre between the following times:

  • Thursday 13th May 2010 from 1pm-7pm with a children's colouring competition drawn between 6-7pm.
  • Friday 14th May from 10am-5pm.
  • Saturday 15th May from 10am-4pm with a teddy bears picnic from 12pm-2pm

Timetable of Events

Thursday 13th May 2010

(1pm-7pm)  Lucky Bear Draw tickets available all day.  3pm "Match the Bear" Competition  6pm-7pm Colouring Competition.  7:30pm Winners of Colouring Competition and Lucky Bear Draw Announced.  

Friday 14th May 2010

(10am-5pm)  Lucky Bear Draw tickets available all day.   7:30pm Winners of lucky draw for bear and ‘Match the Bear’ competition Announced.  

Saturday 15th May 2010

(10am 4pm)  Lucky Bear Draw tickets available all day.  2pm - 4pm Teddy bear’s picnic and children’s party.  7:30pm  winners of lucky draw for bear and ‘Match the Bear’ competition Announced.

All budding artists were encouraged to enter our colouring competition and anyone feeling lucky had the chance to buy a raffle ticket to win one of our fabulous bear-related prizes.

If you couldn't make it to this event perhaps you'd like to organise your own "Bring a Bear" event in aid of the Children's Heart Federation.
