In the wake of the March 2010 suspension of children's heart surgery at Oxford's John Radcliffe hospital, The Telegraph asked CHF Chief Executive Anne Keatley-Clarke for her views about action of ministers on the safety of Britain's child heart surgery units. Mrs Keatley-Clarke Said; "Parents who know about heart surgery are hugely angry and frustrated about this. The clinicians were ready to do this a long time ago, the parents expected it; we think the politicians ran scared and blocked it."
