It’s the season for giving and CHF would like to give a biggest ‘Thank You’ to all our heart children and families for inspiring us throughout the past months of 2016 and continuing to do so into a brand new year to be!

CHF also say a massive ‘Thank You’ to our amazing fundraisers and supporters!

All those cycle rides; cake bakes; group runs; even Wedding Favours instead of gifts, have paved the way to CHF being able to better support our heart children & families.

And we reserve a current seasonal ‘Thank You’ to Martin Brown who is raising funds for CHF by cycling home to North Yorkshire dressed as Santa!

Look out for those reindeers Martin! Or should that be the other way round?!
