Making every minute count, the Children’s Heart Federation (CHF) hot footed to two key events this Thursday.  It was a privilege to be part of the dynamic conversation at the 2018 London Protection Conference.  Located at the London Landmark Hotel it offered a significant opportunity to introduce delegates to CHF’s work alongside children and families affected by congenital heart disease (CHD).

• Our resources including Molly’s dollies and CHF’s booklet for children and siblings ‘Rosie goes red, Violet goes blue’ are now being shared by even more new friends and communities.
• And interest was also expressed into CHF’s information resources addressing health travel insurance for children with health conditions.
• CHF’s attendance on the same day at the Patient Public Group Standards Meeting was also vital in ensuring we’re part of the dialogue in discerning where the heart service is with regards to the implementation of the new standards.  A significant day in the CHD diary.
